Employment Services of Texas (EST) provides job development and placement services for individuals seeking gainful employment. As the for-profit link to the Institute for Careers and Leadership Development (ICLD), EST’s purpose is to identify and connect ICLD’s participants to jobs directly correlated with career interests and training.  Our goal is to provide a comprehensive cluster of career, employment, and job skills services that meets the needs of the individual and industry.  It is our desire to establish partnerships and function as a liaison between employers, labor market projections, participants, community services, and educational institutions.
